For the past three weeks many customers have complained about the iPhone 4′s reception issues, and many Apple critics have jumped on Apple’s lack of urgency in dealing with the problem. The question I raise today is wether or not we’re making a mountain out of a mole hill; I’m no expert in business, but I feel like I understand why the public feels that Apple, a multi-billion dollar company, is shuffling their feet on the problem while Apple is right on schedule in their minds.

In the wee hours of the morning this Tuesday, hundreds of Apple fans virtually lined up to pre-order their iPhone 4. The only problem…Apple’s website couldn’t handle the mad rush of traffic. And to add insult to injury, many people, including myself, were surprised at Apple’s not having the White iPhone 4 available. Many loyal Apple fans are pretty irate with Apple’s handling of the pre-order launch; This really preludes to the success of the iPhone 4. But the question I ask to you, the reader is:
